Vendor Information
Please review the information & submit your application if you would like to be a vendor at Pinball Expo.
The show space will be approximately 70,000 square feet, with vendor booths mixed with free play games, smaller tournaments, educational displays, and more. Please review our show hours for further information.

For your convenience, you can order items such as internet services, carpet, pipe and drape, waste baskets, etc. with Source One Events and Encore. Pinball Expo will not be handling these requests.
Source One Events has provided the following link and password in order to access the Exhibitor Services Manual. Please pay close attention to any deadlines regarding shipping items to the convention center as well as the electricity discount. The booth type and location can be marked as TBD (to be determined). Please note, the electric will always be installed in the back, center of the booth and vendors can adjust the location of the electric drop as needed.

For vendors who need wifi services, please click here to fill out the Encore form. Payment can be made at the show directly with Encore. The form will need to be emailed to ren.schaumburg@encoreglobal.com to place your order.
Vendors may be given the option to drive onto the show floor during set-up and tear-down hours at the discretion of show management.
*VENDORS MAY CHOOSE AT THEIR DISCRETION TO CLOSE THEIR BOOTHS AT 10:00 PM DUE TO THE EXTENDED SHOW HOURS. Vendors who choose to close early are encouraged to bring their own table covers to secure their booth/merchandise. Additional security will be available throughout the show. Pinball Expo is not responsible for any damages or loss.
Saturday evening tear-down may begin at 10:00 pm, however, vendors cannot move out of the show until 7:00 am on Sunday.
