Have a pinball game that you would like to bring to the next Pinball Expo?

Here's what you need to know:

The more games you bring, the better chance you have to win a new pinball machine! The drawing for the machine will be Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 8:00 pm. The winner is responsible for transportation.

Thank you for bringing your game(s) to Pinball Expo. Please make note of the following information before unloading your game(s).

  • Condition: Games brought to the show should be in overall good condition, working, and on free play. Anything less is not allowed in the show unless you have paid for vendor space.
  • Location: Your game(s) must be placed in the Event Hall and remain until the end of the show.
  • Registration: Your game is being registered to assist our staff in keeping track of your game during its stay at the show. We also provide security to ensure games do not leave Pinball Expo until allowed during the Load Out times on the schedule. Always keep your game registration on your game(s). Game audits will occur time to time and you may be called if any information (other than game price) does not match our database.
  • Load-In & Load-Out Info: Pinball Expo volunteers are available to assist you in moving your game(s).
    • Move In:
      • Wednesday 8 am – 8 pm
      • Thursday 7:30 am – 11:30 am
        *The Event Hall opens Thursday at noon.
    • Move Out:
      • Sunday 7 am - 7pm
  • Selling a Game: You may sell or trade your game at Pinball Expo. Our staff will need to be notified of the sell by both seller and buyer. Sellers are responsible for early withdrawal fees if a buyer wants to remove a game early. Please discuss this prior to selling a game.
  • Removing a Game (Early): If any game needs to be removed before Saturday at 10PM, Pinball Expo will require a fee and/or a returned wristband based upon the day/time and circumstances. This refunds a fair portion of the original compensation provided. Request Pinball Expo Management at the Registration Desk or at the Game Hall Desk to streamline this process.
  • Compensation: You are being compensated for your generous game donation based upon the following matrix. Deviations (if any) regarding compensation are ultimately the decision of Pinball Expo Management. Cash vouchers are signed by Pinball Expo Management and exchanged for cash at the Pinball Expo Registration desk.
