Pinball Expo is the brain child of Rob Berk who grew up playing pinball. His dream was to recognize his heroes – the pinball designers and artists that created the games he loved. With the help of Bill Kurtz and Mike Pacak, Pinball Expo became a reality taking place in Chicago, the home of pinball. Founded in 1985, Pinball Expo is the longest-running event dedicated to pinball.

As a Pinball Expo Volunteer, you will be asked to:

* Be at least 18 years old

* ALWAYS BE READY TO ENGAGE PINBALL EXPO ATTENDEES OR ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WITH A SMILE!

* Support the Pinball Expo Staff and Department Heads

* The most important requirement...HAVE A GREAT TIME!!

There is no official dress code as a volunteer, but if you are assisting with the games, we strongly suggest wearing close-toed, comfortable shoes for standing/walking extended periods of time.

Pinball Expo adopts a family friendly ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY.

Pinball Expo adopts a Zero Tolerance Policy with regard to actions or behaviors that disrupt the atmosphere and livelihood of the exposition, such as but not limited to: actual or threatened acts of violence; physical, emotional or sexual abuse or bullying; possession of any items that is generally considered as or intended to be used as a weapon; possession of any illegal substances or alcoholic beverages; and other inappropriate or potentially harmful actions or behaviors; disregard to the instruction of Pinball Expo Staff. This policy applies to all Pinball Expo events and activities (including online or social media activities), as well as to all individuals involved with or participating in Pinball Expo events and activities (including staff, volunteers, panelists, guests, participants, vendors, and press).

Pinball Expo reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from Pinball Expo that fails to comply with this Zero Tolerance Policy.
