If you would like to be a vendor, please select your booth option and submit payment below by September 1, 2026.

*Please note that booth locations cannot be guaranteed, as the convention hall layout is designed and finalized by a third-party company.

Vendor Information

Please review the information & submit your application if you would like to be a vendor at Pinball Expo.

The show space will be approximately 100,000 square feet, with vendor booths mixed with free play games, smaller tournaments, educational displays, and more. Please review our show hours for further information.

Move in/ Move out times:

  • Move In:
    • Wednesday, Oct 14th, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
    • Thursday, Oct 15th,  7:00 am – 11:00 am

      *The Event Hall opens Thursday at noon.
      **Vendors will have one hour to enjoy Pinball Expo prior to opening to the public

  • Move Out:
    • Sunday, Oct. 18th, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

New this year – Source One Events will handle all electrical orders for your booth.  Vendor registration does NOT include pricing for electricity.  A 10 amp drop is $216.00 and a 20 amp drop is $264.00.  Source One Events can also assist with shipments and other convention needs.  A Vendor Manual will be released later with more information.  Encore will also handle all Wi-Fi needs during Pinball Expo. More information to come at a later date.

Vendors may be given the opportunity to drive into the back unloading area of the convention hall during set-up and tear-down at the discretion of show management. We are unable to allow vehicles on the show floor once electrical lines are installed. A dock master and/or show staff will provide additional information.

*Vendors may choose at their discretion to close their booths at 10:00 am due to the extended show hours. Vendors who choose to close early are encouraged to bring their own table covers to secure their booth/merchandise. Additional security will be available throughout the show. Pinball Expo is not responsible for any damage or loss. We highly encourage vendors to monitor their booths due to the increased number of expected attendees.

Saturday evening tear-down may begin at 11:00 pm, however, vendors cannot move out of the show until 7:00 am on Sunday. A dock master will not be available on Saturday night.
