Cosplay sign up

October 19th, 2024. Registration from 10 AM - 4 PM CST. Completion at 5:00 PM CST

Pre-judging will take place on October 19th in a room on site at the Pinball Expo '24 Video Game Summit 2024 starting at 10 am and continue until 5pm. This will take approximately 5 minutes per entry, more at the discretion of con staff. While day of entry will be available, signing up ahead of time gets you a scheduled time slot for judging no matter the line.

To sign up for the cosplay contest, email kaijewucosplay@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your name
  • Your cosplay name(s)
  • The character or thing you will be presenting/portraying (If you are coming as a group, these become the list of people & characters/things)
  • A reference what is being portrayed, whether by link or photo What category you are competing in
  • Your preferred pre-judging time
